Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of transit services.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to provide support and instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and incidents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness to obtain a CDL B (Commercial Driver's License). RATP Dev USA will cover the cost of training.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
