Bus Driver Responsibilities
No CDL is required for this position.
- Safely operate a company vehicle while transporting passengers
- Provide excellent customer service to all riders
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when needed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment
- Follow company policies and transportation regulations
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Good driving record preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Previous driving or transportation experience is helpful, but not required
