Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients under PT supervision
- Deliver hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to achieve measurable outcomes and return to function
- Monitor patient progress, report findings to supervising PT, assist with outcome measures, and document per clinic and payer requirements
- Collaborate with clinicians, front desk staff, and referring providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Support clinic efficiency and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Experience
- Valid PTA license/credential in Texas. New graduates and experienced assistants encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical skills, sound judgement, excellent communication, and commitment to measurable patient outcomes
- Enthusiasm for learning, professional growth, and contributing to a high-performing team
- Interest in mentorship, continuing education, and potential specialty development (e.g., sports, orthopedics, pelvic health)
