Must pass background check with a reliable vehicle
Thursday (8AM-12PM)
Saturday & Sunday (8AM-8PM) 12 hour shifts
The Rathbun House is a non-profit organization, operating in Western North Carolina with a mission of caring for families in need (Asheville)
We are seeking a Part-Time front desk representative : friendly and willing to work with an incredible organziation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Answer in-coming phone calls/referrals and emails
- Welcome and greet all guests/vendors and volunteers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Engaging personality and detailed orientated skills are essential.
- Strong oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills are necessary.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend and retrieve objects and/or documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
