Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of RateGain’s technology solutions across your designated portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives (including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer); commercial, sales, and marketing leaders; revenue management and distribution executives; functional managers; and digital / ecommerce teams.
- Identify key business challenges within hotel organizations and align our solutions to deliver differentiated and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, manage negotiations, and close high-value, long-term, strategic deals.
- Work cross-functionally with our divisional leaders, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with your customers (through regular business reviews, delivery and performance updates, and more), to ensure RateGain is exceeding expectations, favorably positioned, and a preferred business partner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and be recognized as a trusted advisor to your customers, on how emerging technology can shape their commercial strategy and guest experience.
- 10 years of enterprise sales or business development experience, ideally selling SaaS, digital marketing, CRM, or revenue optimization solutions to hospitality customers.
- Experience as a quota-carrying technology enterprise sales or business development professional, with a track record of success managing large, complex accounts, while achieving / exceeding your quota.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong industry background in hospitality technology, digital distribution / ecommerce, revenue management, CRM, or guest experience solutions.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level, long-term technology-led initiatives with hotel groups
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry’s commercial landscape, including brand/franchise dynamics, pricing and distribution strategies, loyalty programs, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and favorably influence multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), with experience developing and managing strategic account plans and forecasts.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to differentiate solutions and articulate ROI-driven value propositions.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, commercial leaders, and technology decision-makers.
- A self-starter with a passion for hospitality technology and a drive to help hotel brands innovate and grow.
