Your reel should do the talking. You’re fast, self-directed, and comfortable owning a piece from first rough cut to finish. You think like a storyteller, not just an editor—and you know how to shape tone, pace, and emotion, not just assemble shots.
You should be:
• Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Comfortable working independently and hitting the ground running
• Strong creatively, not just technically
• Someone who brings point of view, not just polish
