🔹 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Accept live transfers from our call center recruiting team and engage candidates in real time

• Lead consistent, scripted conversations that bring Rate’s platform, tools, and advantages to life

• Walk candidates through our full suite — products, workflow, technology, and what it means for a VP’s business and quality of life

• Use video and presentation assets to answer questions on the spot

• Represent Rate’s corporate voice on every single call — with energy, clarity, and consistency

🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong phone communicator who builds rapport fast

• Comfortable with structured scripts while still sounding human

• Able to retain and deliver detailed product/platform knowledge

• High energy and high availability — you’re ready when candidates are

• Background in mortgage, financial services, recruiting, or inside sales a plus

• High-volume call or contact center experience preferred
