- Accept live transfers from our call center recruiting team and engage candidates in real time
- Lead consistent, scripted conversations that bring Rate’s platform, tools, and advantages to life
- Walk candidates through our full suite — products, workflow, technology, and what it means for a VP’s business and quality of life
- Use video and presentation assets to answer questions on the spot
- Represent Rate’s corporate voice on every single call — with energy, clarity, and consistency

🔹what We’re Looking For
- Strong phone communicator who builds rapport fast
- Comfortable with structured scripts while still sounding human
- Able to retain and deliver detailed product/platform knowledge
- High energy and high availability — you’re ready when candidates are
- Background in mortgage, financial services, recruiting, or inside sales a plus
- High-volume call or contact center experience preferred
