Location: 3940 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613 M-F 8:30-5:30pm

Pay Range: $17.50/hr

Job Summary

Assist the team with maintaining daily workflow and overseeing your personal daily production to make sure the team and you are meeting the department standards.

Essential Functions:

• You’ll be reviewing documents, and we’ll need your attention to detail.Most commonly Final Documents from mortgage closings.
• Communicate errors and issues to management, settlement agents and internal departments via phone calls and email in a clear manner.
• Ability to pull and review individual pipelines via our encompass system
• Skills with excel or desire to learn Excel

Competencies:

• College degree or 3 years office experience preferred.
• Experience with Mortgage documents, specifically Final Title policies and Mortgages/Security Deeds, and/or settlement closing actions will be prioritized.
• Ability to work on-site in an office environment and able to lift/transport bins approximately 10-40lbs.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
• Great attention to detail on repetitive daily review tasks
• Phone skills will be needed.
• Independently able to work on tasks, but also communicate with team leaderships when needed.
