Pay Range: $45,000 per year per file bonus

Sales Assistant/Processor for top producing branch in Downers Grove, IL

Hybrid position with one to two days a week in office.

This role is for someone who:

• Stays calm under pressure and handles urgency without chaos.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preapproval process by gathering documentation, organizing files, and ensuring completeness.

• Assist with issuing preapprovals accurately and promptly.

• Prepare files for submission to processing and underwriting with clean documentation and clear notes.

• Promptly return calls, emails, and messages from borrowers and real estate agents.

• Maintain positive, professional, and helpful relationships with real estate partners.

• Provide clear status updates and set expectations, even when a full answer is not immediately available.

• Represent brand with professionalism, calm confidence, and urgency.

• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and reduce friction.

• Maintain strong time management skills and daily prioritization.

• Enter complete and accurate data into Encompass.

• Enter and maintain client contacts and communication logs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3 years of mortgage processing experience and the ability to calculate income.
• Excellent data entry skills and PC skills.
• Knowledge of Encompass
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on daily production.
