Role Description
This full-time role. We are seeking Loan Officers, Producing Branch Managers, P&L and Retail models. Primary responsibilities include self generated loan origination, leading a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The position also requires close collaboration with underwriting teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the financial success and compliance of the branch.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Loan Origination and Loan Officers, ensuring the successful processing and approval of applications.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and expertise in Underwriting to assess creditworthiness and manage risks effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and ensure a superior experience throughout the loan process.
- Ability to lead and manage a branch team effectively while remaining focused on achieving P&L and retail success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in residential mortgage lending.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant certifications in mortgage and loan processing are advantageous.
