Fashion Designer:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in performance wear to join our design team. This role will support the creation of innovative, functional, and trend-forward collections that merge style with high-level performance. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, a solid understanding of technical fabrics, and a desire to create apparel that supports movement, comfort, and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of performance wear collections (leggings, tops, sports bras, outerwear, etc.) from concept through production.
• Research market trends, athlete/consumer needs, and emerging innovations in technical fabrics and trims.
• Support the creation of mood boards, design sketches, flat drawings, CADs, and color stories.
• Collaborate with technical design, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure fit, construction, and performance standards are met.
• Contribute to fabric and trim sourcing, with a focus on stretch, compression, moisture management, breathability, and sustainability.
• Participate in fittings, documenting adjustments, and ensuring design integrity aligns with performance functionality.
• Prepare and update accurate tech packs and spec sheets for development and production.
• Organize sample libraries, swatch archives, and design assets to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide creative input in seasonal brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas that align with the brand vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of fashion design experience, preferably in performance wear or athletic/activewear (internships or assistant roles count).
• Strong sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).
• Solid understanding of garment construction, technical fabrics, and performance-driven design.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends in textiles and production is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for performance wear, fitness, wellness, and innovation in apparel
