We’re looking for a detail-driven, deadline-crushing Estimating Coordinator to join our Preconstruction team and help power our project pipeline. At Ratcliff, every great build starts with a solid plan—and that plan starts with YOU.
Responsibilities Include:
- Juggling schedules, bid submissions, and RFIs with precision and professionalism.
- Keeping project documents sharp, organized, and right where they should be—from kickoff to handoff.
- Communicating daily with subcontractors and vendors to keep estimates accurate and bids competitive.
- Assembling bid binders, tracking addenda, issuing Letters of Intent, and supporting our team on bid day like a pro.
- Soliciting subcontractors for current and future bid opportunities via phone, email, and/or designated software.
- Cultivating relationships with potential bidders and tracking who’s in and who’s out on bid day.
- Using tools like Bluebeam, Adobe InDesign, CMIC, and Excel to make magic behind the scenes.
- Providing top-tier administrative support to the Estimating Team—and jumping in to assist other departments when needed.
Requirements:
- 3 years in construction administration or estimating support—commercial background is a major plus.
- Must be able to read plans & specifications with the confidence to clarify details and collaborate effectively.
- Tech-savvy and detail-obsessed—bonus if you know Adobe, Canva, or graphic design tools.
- Professional, driven, and proactive with a service-first mindset.
