What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry position at Rastelli Bros?
Responsibilities:
- Address external / internal emails.
- Create export USDA health certificates.
- Submit booking request.
- Complete port clearance documents.
- Keep updated excel reports used in department.
- Answer phones calls.
- Sign out drivers.
- Upload completed shipping packets to portal.
- Interacting with USDA inspectors.
- Work with the Shipping department to ensure all containers leave in timely fashion.
- Work with customer claims.
The above list of Responsibilities is not the only responsibilities that a documentation specialist is required to do. This is a first-shift position.
