We’re expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, licensed insurance agent in the State of Texas who is ready to assume the responsibilities of an Insurance Sales & Service Agent. We’re searching for that unique individual who loves a challenge, has a keen eye for detail, takes pride in doing complete and thorough work, and loves to solve difficult challenges for their customers.
Rasor Insurance is an independent agency based in Celina, Texas, offering both personal insurance and commercial insurance lines. We pride ourselves on taking a personal approach to our business. We develop strong and deep relationships with our client families and give them the kind of attention and service that you can only find by doing business with folks who have a Texas-sized heart for serving.
You would join a small, top-notch team of insurance agents who handle all the details of exceptional and personal customer service such as searching for the best quotes, handling renewals, bundling coverages, taking payments, processing endorsement, assisting with claims, and much more. As a team, you would also share the role of engaging with new prospects, building solid relationships, and making new sales.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid, working knowledge of the EZLynx management system, have experience working in an independent insurance agency, and have the willingness and capability to make outbound calls to our large database of personal and commercial x-dates.
Compensation will be a base salary plus a generous commission schedule. Annual total compensation is expected to be in the range of $80,000 based on activity, competency, and success.
