We’re looking for a Luxury Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our Rock Springs team and help customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with elegance and love.

You’ll guide customers through unforgettable experiences, offer expert styling advice, and help them find or create the perfect piece—whether from our curated collections or through custom design.
What You’ll Do
- Create Connection – Build genuine relationships and provide warm, personalized service in a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver Luxury Experiences – Help customers explore our fine jewelry, educate them on quality, metals, and stones, and guide them through their purchase with confidence.
- Drive Sales Excellence – Reach individual and team sales goals by offering exceptional customer care and product knowledge.
- Support Daily Operations – Assist in inventory handling, repairs, shipping/receiving, and store presentation.
- Grow Your Expertise – Learn about fine jewelry, diamonds, custom design, and luxury customer service. Provide minor watch/jewelry repairs and quotes.
- Be a Brand Ambassador – Represent Rasmussen Jewelers in the community through local events, partnerships, and social engagement.
Who You Are
- You have 2 years of customer service or sales experience (luxury or jewelry retail a plus—but not required!)
- You’re confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with all types of people
- You have strong communication skills and a natural sense of style
- You’re goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- You’re available for a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- You’re able to commute or relocate to Rock Springs, WY

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- Shifts Available: Morning, day, evening, and night
- Pay: $16 per hour plus commission
