We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. This position involves various responsibilities, including merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers with their needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising and stocking of products on shelves.
- Utilize retail math skills to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Assist in upselling products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in retail sales., customer service, or Jewelry store environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create positive interactions with customers.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.85 per hour
