Position: EHS Specialist
Reports to: Facilities Manager/Director
Salary: $ 50,000.00 - $75,000.00

Summary: At RASIRC, our mission is to transform condensables into Dynamic Vapors that enable process advancements in semiconductors and adjacent markets.
Role: The EHS and Facilities Specialist is responsible for environmental health and safety, facilities maintenance, chemical and hazardous materials inventory and control, and equipment maintenance and repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring alignment of environmental health and safety policies with local, state, and federal requirements and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company standards.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as safety coordinator and safety committee chair providing awareness and implementing corrective actions for identified safety issues.
- Conduct needs analyses for company environmental health and training programs.
- Coordination of emergence response planning, accident investigation and contractor supervision.
- General maintenance of facility related issues associated with infrastructure, utilities, HVAC, nitrogen and compressed air delivery, ultra-pure water delivery and cleanroom facility operation.
- Developing and maintaining, tracking, and reporting of chemical management programs.
- Ensuring compliance for hazardous materials collection, storage, and disposal.
- Coordinator of all equipment maintenance, scheduling, and repair.
- Identify requirements for and implement training for all EHS programs.
- Building security and access.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience facilities or EHS

- Proficient use of written and verbal English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings, and schematics.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
