About Us
Rasha Professional is a theatrical lighting and LED video wall manufacturer based in Riverside, CA. We provide innovative lighting solutions for production companies, rental houses, churches, schools, event venues, and retail partners nationwide. We are expanding our sales division and looking for a motivated individual to help build new business relationships, conduct product demos, and support our reseller network.
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow new accounts, generate leads, and present product demonstrations of our lighting and LED wall systems. This role involves outbound sales, client visits, trade show participation, and maintaining all activities within Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and enjoys building long-term relationships in the entertainment and production industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new accounts, dealers, and business partners
- Conduct product demos (Cybrid G2, Wedlock Series, uplighting bundles, LED walls, etc.)
- Prospect leads through email, phone, social media, and in-person visits
- Log leads, follow-ups, and deal progress in Zoho CRM
- Attend client meetings, product demos, trade events, and trainings
- Provide product recommendations and pricing to customers
- Prepare sales quotes and close deals
- Maintain industry awareness and represent the brand professionally
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (B2B or production industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Comfortable presenting products to clients & groups
- Ability to manage leads and track progress in a CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation for client visits and events
- Willingness to travel occasionally for demos or trade shows
