What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Manager position at Rascals Bar & Grill?
Rascals is hiring EXPERIENCED Kitchen Managers (or experience as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in a "high-volume" location) with at least 2 years prior work history in a Kitchen at a FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT where the number of Cooks for a Dinner Shift working the Line was 3 or more per Shift); Cooks with experience working multiple Stations in the Kitchen will be given primary Interview consideration; Education Level and Number of Jobs held in the last 5 years will also be very important in the consideration process . . . please do not apply if you do not have a solid background in BOTH high-volume Line Cooking AND some experience with Kitchen Management Duties/Theories
