As a ride attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure
the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of guest experiences on
our driver-controlled attractions. This role focuses on maintaining a
fun and secure environment for all guests while providing outstanding
customer service.
In this position, you will assist with the preparation and
facilitation of rides. This includes helping guests understand how to
operate their vehicles safely and providing clear instructions about
ride rules and guidelines. You will conduct basic pre-opening checks
to confirm all equipment and ride areas are clean and ready for use,
ensuring that all rides meet safety standards. Your role will involve
monitoring the flow of guests, regularly observing the ride areas for
potential safety concerns, and intervening promptly if assistance is needed.
Guest safety is top priority, and you will play a critical role in
ensuring riders comply with safety protocols. This includes confirming
that guests meet ride requirements and ensuring all safety gear is
used correctly. You will remain attentive during ride operation, ready
to assist drivers or respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
Providing a welcoming and positive experience for guests is another
key aspect of this role. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, answer
their questions about the rides or the facility, and address any
concerns in a friendly and approachable manner. Your ability to create
a positive atmosphere will leave a lasting impression on our guests
and contribute to their overall enjoyment.
Your role will also include maintaining the cleanliness and
organization of ride areas. Whether assisting with minor cleanup tasks
or reporting maintenance concerns to your supervisor, you will ensure
that the attractions remain in excellent condition for guests to enjoy.
To qualify for this role, you must be at least 16 years of age and
available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina is important, as this role involves standing for
extended periods, walking throughout the ride areas, and occasionally
lifting up to 30 lbs. and pushing or pulling up to 150 lbs. Strong
communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain
calm under pressure are essential. Prior experience in customer
service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
