Role: Analyst / Chemist – HPLC & GC (Method Verification and Validation)

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry

Employee Type: Full Time

Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers Can Apply)

Salary: Upto 30% hike for experienced candidates based on previous salary and interview performance.

For freshers: ₹15,000–₹17,000 during an 8-month probation period, followed by confirmation as Junior Associate.

Description

We are seeking a skilled Analytical Chemist to perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and GC instruments. The candidate will be responsible for method verification and validation, preparation of reagents and reference standards, and accurate documentation of analytical results in compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to R&D and quality teams for data interpretation.

Requirement

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Hands-on experience in HPLC and GC operations.
• In-depth knowledge of method validation, verification, and system suitability parameters.
• Experience with Empower, ChemStation, or Chromeleon software preferred.
• Familiar with regulatory guidelines such as ICH Q2 (R1) for validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
