- Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Receive, organize, and maintain flooring materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and stage orders for installation crews and deliveries
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Support team members to meet daily deadlines and service commitments
- Take ownership of their work and maintain high accuracy standards
- Work with urgency in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Are dependable, consistent, and accountable
- Pay attention to detail and minimize errors
- Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
- Show up consistently and on time
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
- Prefer a structured, team-oriented environment
- 3–6 months of related experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
