Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Associate based in Neenah, WI. The Warehouse Associate will handle daily tasks such as receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role requires the ability to safely move heavy appliances using a handcart, dolly, or hand jack, work independently, take initiative, and remain physically active throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Receiving, unloading, and verifying inbound products (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges)
- Maintaining overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Skill in operating Forklifts and Pallet Jacks
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
- Staging and preparing routes for delivery drivers
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, moving, and carrying items
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
