About the Role
We’re seeking a general Showroom Sales and E-Commerce Associate to join our Philadelphia showroom team. This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for someone interested in design, furniture, and e-commerce who wants hands-on experience across showroom sales, customer service, and order fulfillment. No prior industry experience required — training will be provided.
What You'll Do
This is a broad, in-person position supporting both showroom and online operations.
You will:
- Assist walk-in showroom clients and support the sales team
- Support e-commerce, marketing, and operational tasks (Shopify-based)
- Manage customer service for online orders (email phone)
- Help coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and shipping partners
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with light inventory/packing tasks
Who You Are
- Early in your career or transitioning into design, furniture, or e-commerce
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling varied tasks
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable with light physical work
Retail, hospitality, customer service, or Shopify experience is a plus.
