Position Overview: As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating schedules and managing our student reward system. This position requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations at the front desk, including scheduling and student interactions
- Implement and oversee our reward system for students
- Curate engaging social media posts and reels to promote our school
- De-escalate situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor
- Stay organized while multi-tasking and prioritizing various tasks
- Innovate and propose solutions to improve processes and student experiences
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and comfort with digital tools
- Staying focused in a noisy music environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred
- Comfortable with authority and managing interactions professionally

Rare Spark Lessons was founded in order to create an environment where all musical genres were encouraged, practiced and performed. We enjoy preparing students for college and helping each student to master their instrument, but also believe that music education extends beyond skill development. Music serves as a means to connect with the community, offers therapeutic benefits, and is a fulfilling pursuit for hobbyists of all ages. Anyone can take lessons to make music for the joy of creating, re-creating and engaging with others in the process of making music. We see positive changes in people’s lives because music engages every part of the brain.
The goal of all our teachers is to guide students toward competency through discovery and happiness, and work with them to spark curiosity so they can continue their own musical journeys.
