Rare Snacks World is opening at River Hills Mall in Mankato, MN, and we're looking for energetic, friendly team members who love providing great customer service.
Position
Sales Associate
Pay
$13-$15.5per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and keep products organized.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store.
- Learn about our unique international snacks and drinks to help customers find new favorites.
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
- Retail or cashier experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
