Server Assistant / Food Runner & Busser
Rare & Rye Steakhouse – East Stroudsburg, PA
Rare & Rye Steakhouse is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our servers and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
As a Server Assistant, you will help maintain the flow of service by delivering food promptly, assisting with table maintenance, and supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing and resetting tables
- Ensure guests receive proper utensils, condiments, and water service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and team members
