Our top tier is a launch strategy for established, expertise-led brands. The founders who hire us at this level have built something real and are betting big on their next launch. They need a strategic partner who can own the plan and the number, not a consultant who hands over a deck and walks away. You're the fractional CMO for 3 to 5 of our highest-tier launch accounts.
For each one, you're the strategic lead the founder leans on. You own the launch strategy, the revenue thesis, and the plan that gets them there. You sit at the exec level, run the strategy sessions, and make the calls a CMO makes. The RNDA team builds and runs the work. You set the direction and hold the standard.
This is not account management, and it's not production. It's a strategy at the level a founder doing real revenue expects from a CMO. You'll run our proprietary launch methodology, and you'll be measured on whether the launch hits.
- 3 to 5 high-tier launch accounts at a time, as their embedded fractional CMO.
- The launch strategy end-to-end: offer architecture, positioning, funnel, channels, and calendar.
- The revenue thesis and forecast for each launch, and the call on what changes when the numbers come in.
- The strategic relationship with each founder. You're the partner they trust with the big decisions.
- The marketing direction across paid, organic, email, SMS, webinar, and VSL, and content for each account.
- Direct the RNDA delivery team to build and run the plan. You don't produce it yourself.
- Final say on strategy and on the work that carries the launch.
- Briefs clear enough that the team can run them without you in the room.
- Also have training experience for the delivery team
- Have the capacity to work with client teams
- Lead the strategy and planning sessions with each founder and their team.
- Read the launch in real time, diagnose what's working and what isn't, and adjust fast.
- Present the results and the next move with a real point of view, not a hedge.
- 7 years in senior marketing strategy or leadership. CMO, VP of Marketing, Head of Growth, or a senior agency strategist who has run launches that produced real revenue.
- Launches you can point to with actual numbers. Not campaigns you supported. Launches you led.
- You've owned a revenue number before, not just a task list.
- Deep launch expertise for expertise-led brands: offer strategy, funnels, email and SMS, paid, webinar, and VSL, the full motion.
- Executive presence. You can sit across from a founder doing seven figures and lead the room.
- The judgment to direct a team to execute your strategy instead of doing it yourself.
- Comfortable being measured on the launch result, account by account.
- Background with personal brands, creators, coaches, or experts launching high-ticket offers.
- Fractional or consulting experience across multiple accounts at once.
- You've built a launch methodology of your own, or run someone else's at a high level.
