This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with opportunities for some remote work. As Vice President of Retail Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of retail marketing strategies, including market planning, initiatives for customer acquisition, and brand expansion. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams, lead high-impact marketing projects, and use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results. This leadership role involves managing a team, fostering collaborations, and guiding the company’s growth within the competitive retail industry.
- Strong expertise in Retail Marketing and general Marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth in a retail environment.
- Experience in Market Planning and developing data-informed strategies to reach defined business goals.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Solid understanding of Retail operations, trends, and consumer behavior, particularly in e-commerce or luxury goods.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills to manage a team, nurture partnerships, and influence decision-making.
