Duties
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repairs to achieve a flawless finish.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment to execute precise repairs and refinishing tasks.
- Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Apply auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying and auto body refinishing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Assist in auto restoration projects by applying fabrication repair techniques and automotive parts installation skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or collision center environment.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes including automotive structural repair, dent repair, and cosmetic refinishing.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment required for detailed repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, and automotive parts installation.
