Soccer Coach
Raptors Soccer Academy North Broward is seeking a reliable and passionate soccer coach to lead training sessions for our development and competitive teams (U6–U12). This is a part-time evening position ideal for coaches who enjoy working with young players in a positive, structured, and fun environment. You need to have a background in playing the sport at a high level. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills. We prefer candidates with a degree in a sports administration-related subject, but your experience on the soccer field is the most essential qualification for this coaching position.
Training sessions
- Mondays: 1-2 sessions (6:00–7:00 PM & 7:00–8:00 PM)
- Wednesdays: 1-2 sessions (6:00–7:00 PM & 7:00–8:00 PM)
- Tuesdays: 1-2 sessions (6:00–7:00 PM & 7:00-8:00 PM)
- Saturdays: 1-2 sessions (9:00-10:00 am & 10:00-11:00am)
Soccer Coach Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and run age-appropriate soccer training sessions
- Create your own drills and activities for U6–U12 players
- Set up and break down all training equipment and stations
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe environment
- Emphasize player development, confidence, and love for the game
- Communicate professionally with staff and parents when needed
- Maintain punctuality, organization, and professionalism at all sessions
Soccer Coach Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience as a soccer player and an assistant coach
- Leadership and communication skills
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
