About You
You will understand integrated campaigns and the marketing mix. You will have a strong understanding of the US collegiate landscape and experience in delivering to the student demographic.
You will be up to date with the latest trends and best practices, with a special focus on the youth and student audience – with the ability to adapt quickly to what is an ever-evolving audience.
You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, and clients. Most importantly, you bring energy, fresh ideas, solutions to problems, and are able to spot angles to help build relationships with existing and potential clients.
The Role
This will be a hands-on role predominantly working remotely within North America, with a preference for East Coast timezone, managing projects across the US and Canadian markets. There will be requirement for work travel to meet with clients and field work on site across multiple states and territories. The role will be fully remote.
You will be expected to manage teams of student brand ambassadors, and bridge the gap between client and agency, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification and ensuring account growth and supporting increased revenue into the agency.
You will report directly to the Account Manager (EST based) and will be a key component in driving the agency forward via excellent account management and client development skills. You will work closely with the full North America team to ensure every project is planned and delivered to a high specification whilst also spotting areas of account growth and proactively ensuring these areas are taken advantage of through proposal writing and pitching.
Responsible for recruiting and managing student brand ambassador teams, ensuring the performance of the team in line with campaign KPIs
Support with the delivery of live events, including but not limited to promotional materials, timings plans, ordering product and merchandise
Conduct insights with local student audiences to provide real time insights for our client team
Support on client management including agendas and contact reports for client team
Experience
Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing collegiate programmes and a solid understanding of the US college market including Greek Life and NIL
