This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused operator with hands-on experience in multiple CNC machine types who thrives in a team-based shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery, including:
- CNC Routers
- CNC Lathes
- Plasma Tables
- Milling Machines
- Read and interpret work orders, shop drawings, and measurements
- Perform accurate measurements using tape measures and precision measuring tools
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating experience is REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with CNC Routers, CNC Lathes, Plasma Tables, Milling Machines, or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of shop math and measurements
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Experience using hand tools and general shop equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
