We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to become an integral part of our success as we rise to the top! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Our AVERAGE Regional Sales Rep earns $80,000 their 1st year; top-Reps: $100,000-$120,000. 2nd year earnings of $100k-225k
Qualifications:
· No experience needed
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients
· Positive mental attitude
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
· Educate and create value in Raptor Roofing products and services to new and existing clients
· Reach agreed upon sales targets
· Close and follow up on sales transactions
· Enter and track all prospects and clients through our CRM
· Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
· Door-to-door marketing is a requirement to build your customer pipeline.
Preferred:
· Team player (former athlete)/Previous service
· Strong negotiation skills
· Previous experience in sales, ideally in construction or construction related fields means stronger leads
· Fluent in is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
