Raptor Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to work independently while delivering excellent service to residential and commercial customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping people. Experience in pest control is a plus, but it is not required. Paid training is provided for the right candidate.
Candidates with experience in landscaping, farming, agriculture, construction, maintenance, wildlife control, rodent control, or other outdoor service work are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and contributing conditions
- Perform pest control treatments safely and effectively using approved methods, tools, and equipment
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Drive a company vehicle along scheduled service routes
- Provide professional, friendly customer service at every appointment
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental guidelines
What we’re looking for
- Pest control experience preferred, but not required
- Background in rodent control, nuisance wildlife, landscaping, agriculture, farming, maintenance, or related work is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed
- Willing and able to work in both California and Nevada
State licensing required 30 days after date of hire.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
