Operations Support Assistant
Location: Murray, UT
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE

Raptor Mining Products is a growing manufacturer of premium wear solutions for the mining, aggregate, and heavy equipment industries. We're looking for a dependable, organized individual to join our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.This position supports multiple departments and plays an important role in inventory, purchasing, freight coordination, receiving, and general administrative operations. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, solving problems, and helping the team succeed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve freight issues.
- Receive inventory and verify incoming materials.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
- Obtain vendor quotes and follow up on open purchase orders.
- Create and maintain inventory items, part numbers, and vendor records.
- Process inventory transfers between company locations.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with production, engineering, accounting, sales, and vendors to keep projects moving.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office, inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- ERP experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
