Job Overview
Raptor LGX is a logistics company providing package delivery services to Amazon in South Jersey. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, team-oriented individuals who get as excited as we do when an Amazon package shows up on our doorstep, and who want to spread that excitement to our customers!

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members·
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Be a team player

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Highly Reliable- we operate daily in all weather.
• Valid Driver’s License (Cannot be provisional or probationary)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no tickets, no accidents)
• Successful completion of a 4-panel drug screen.
• Must be proficient in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior professional/commercial driving experience
• Ability to problem solve independently
• DOT Medical Card

Pay: $22.25 - $23.25 per hour

• This job is VERY physically demanding. You will walk at least 10-12 miles per day. This is NOT a sit-and-drive job like Uber. You should think of it as exercising for 8-10 hours a day, outside, in the heat, snow, and rain. Will you be able to handle the physical aspects of the job?
• Are you able to lift and deliver packages equal to or greater than 50 pounds repeatedly during a 8-10 hour work shift?
• Please explain your past work experience
• Have you worked for an Amazon DSP in the past? If yes, what was the name of DSP and what warehouse were you located out of? How long ago? How long did you work for the DSP?
• Are you comfortable with consistently doing 180-200 stops a day during a scheduled shift?
• Have you ever been cited for any motor vehicle violations?
