What You'll Do
- Work closely with the General Manager, North America, to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research, translating findings into practical insights that support business planning and decision-making
- Analyse operational, commercial, and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare business cases, financial analyses, executive presentations, and reports that support strategic discussions and business decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, helping ensure initiatives remain aligned and on schedule
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives through structured research and analysis
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional communications for senior leadership
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, business modelling, content development, and productivity while continuously identifying smarter ways of working
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team
What We're Looking For
- MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another quantitative discipline preferred
- Approximately 4-6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, finance, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical business recommendations
- Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses grow, compete, and operate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
