Job Description – Travel LPN / LVN – Clinic Setting
Facility: Kauai Veteran's Memorial Hospital
Location: Kalaheo / Waimea, Hawaii
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks — no exceptions
Holiday coverage may be required
Overtime applies after 40 hours

Position Overview
Kauai Veteran's Memorial Hospital is seeking experienced Travel LPNs/LVNs for outpatient clinic assignments within the Kauai Region. Candidates should have prior clinic experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment supporting multiple specialties.
Clinic Departments
- Family Practice (FP)
- Behavioral Health (BH)
- Obstetrics (OB)
- Urgent Care (UC)
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN License required
- Minimum 2 years of clinic experience required
- Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or outpatient clinic settings preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations if needed
