Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) / LPN
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year (including benefits)
Job Type: Permanent / Part Time Both options Available
Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) /LPN to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients and support their families. Join a collaborative team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ( Flexible Schedule )
- 7 shifts of 12 hours each over two weeks ( Flexible Schedule )
- Night shifts: 7 on / 7 off
- Part-Time: 1–3 days per week (under 32 hours)
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process within scope of practice
- Assess patient needs and update care plans regularly
- Deliver prescribed medications and treatments
- Communicate with physicians and care team on patient condition and needs
- Document all patient care accurately and timely
- Coordinate care with external providers and community resources
- Ensure necessary medical equipment and services are in place
- Participate in continuing education and in-service training
- Accept and complete assigned patient cases responsibly
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active RN license in the State of Michigan
