Overview:
We seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects. The consultant will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and documenting business requirements.
- Build comprehensive project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure all deliverables and activities are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and strategies (oral and written).
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external vendors to manage project information, plans, metrics, and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with SharePoint and other project management tools (Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, Excel).
- Experience in risk management, including identifying risk triggers and mitigating project risks.
- Strong ability to create and maintain key project management artifacts and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective listening and interpersonal skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and competing interests.
- Experience with Medicaid or healthcare claims IT systems preferred (not mandatory).
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-priority projects simultaneously.

- Project Management expertise
- Strong people and interpersonal skills
- Background in project management within healthcare insurance IT environments
- Project planning experience, including effort estimation and resource allocation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (strong English proficiency required)
- Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Skills (Ranked in Order of Importance)
- Experience with Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems
Required Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
