Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Discovery/SACM Architect specialized in ServiceNow SPM and Cloud Discovery to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Discovery patterns across Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Responsibilities:
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow Discovery pattern issues within SPM scope.
- Develop and optimize Discovery patterns to support Service Portfolio Management.
- Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows and ensured timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate Service Mapping and Discovery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Discovery processes and improvements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and new Discovery features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development within SPM.
- Expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Regex (Regular Expressions).
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
- Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Service Mapping, SPM, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
- Scripting skills JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash.
- Experience with hybrid cloud integrations.
