BARISTA – RAPRAGER FARM
Part-Time | Approximately 25 Hours/Week | $15/Hour Tips
Raprager Farm is looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our farm team!
This isn’t your typical coffee shop job. You’ll be serving coffee and specialty drinks in a fun, busy outdoor farm environment, surrounded by families, animals, festivals, live entertainment, and everything else that makes a weekend at Raprager Farm unique.
THE JOB
Our Barista will prepare and serve quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing the friendly, welcoming service our guests expect when visiting the farm.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing coffee, espresso drinks, iced drinks, and other specialty beverages
- Providing fast and friendly customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Keeping the coffee area clean, stocked, and organized
- Restocking cups, ingredients, ice, milk, syrups, and supplies
- Maintaining food-service and sanitation standards
- Helping keep the guest area attractive and ready for business
- Working efficiently during busy festival and weekend rushes
- Jumping in and helping the farm team when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is friendly, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working at a busy farm attraction.
Barista or coffee experience is preferred, .
You should be comfortable:
- Talking with guests and families
- Working quickly when there's a line
- Standing for extended periods
- Working outdoors in Florida weather
- Working around farm animals, dirt, dust, and the normal sights and sounds of a working farm
- Working weekends and during special events
- Keeping your workspace extremely clean and organized
- Showing up on time and ready to work
SCHEDULE & PAY
Approximately 25 hours per week
$15.00 per hour tips
Weekend availability is important because Raprager Farm's busiest / only open days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
