What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Superintendent position at RapportLook?
We're looking for a strong, hands-on field leader who knows how to run a job, lead crews, maintain schedules, and get projects across the finish line.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day electrical field operations
- Manage, mentor, and develop field crews
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Drive scheduling, productivity, quality, and job-site safety
- Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and applicable codes
Qualifications
- Strong electrical construction field leadership experience
- Experience supervising large electrical crews
- Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building codes
- Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or large-project experience preferred
- Journeyman-level electrical experience strongly preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred
