Job Summary
As a On-Call Network Team Associate with the Rapport Network Team, you will serve as a key ambassador of the Rapport brand, providing high-level guest services and front-of-house support across multiple client sites throughout New York City. This mobile role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a professional demeanor as you travel to various locations to deliver seamless, on-site coverage based on operational needs.
You will often be the first point of contact for clients, guests, recruits, and employees-creating a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring a secure and professional experience. Responsibilities may include reception services, guest escorting, switchboard operation, and administrative support. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain service excellence in fast-paced and varied environments.

- Answers telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate associates.
- Takes and retrieves messages.
- Provides callers with general information, including company address, directions and other related information.
- Greets and directs visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Uses intercom/voicemail system to announce appointments and calls.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; coordinates the pickup and delivery of packages and mail.
- Opens and closes visitor area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
