Job Summary
Summary:
The Office Service Lead is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, including reception and porter services, within a corporate environment. This role ensures seamless guest experience, efficient logistics support, and high service standards across all events and day-to-day workplace operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage reception team to deliver exceptional visitor and guest experiences
Ensure professional front desk operations, including greeting, check-in, and information services
Maintain a welcoming, polished, and secure reception environment
Handle VIP visits and provide elevated service for executives and key stakeholders
Manage porter team responsible for room setups, pantry spaces, executive spaces and all additional common areas
Oversee setup and breakdown of meeting and conference spaces

Qualifications:
- 2 years of hotel, corporate or conference center experience.
- Previous conference services management or supervisory experience.
- Basic understanding of AV equipment.
- Ability to lift / move conference furniture and equipment.
- Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
