Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per resident care plans.
- Direct Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities and personal care, offering physical, emotional, and psychological support.
- Memory Care: Engage with cognitively impaired residents, providing redirection and appropriate activities to enhance their well-being.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
- Meal Assistance: Help with meal service and cleanup as needed.
Skills & Experience for Success:
- Registered Medication Aide Certification (Required)
- Nurse Aide Certification (Required)
- Memory Care Experience (Preferred)
- CPR Certification and First Aid (Required)
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, and the team.
