Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Development Specialist located in Charlottesville, VA. The Workforce Development Specialist will be responsible for providing career counseling, job placement support, and training services to clients. This includes assessing clients' skills, developing personalized job plans, conducting workshops, and connecting clients with local businesses. The role also involves building relationships with employers and community partners to facilitate employment opportunities for clients.
