Rapp Tour Adventures is seeking friendly, professional tour guides to lead small-group Jeep tours in the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak region.
Our guides are more than drivers! They create memorable experiences for guests visiting one of the most beautiful areas in Colorado. If you enjoy meeting people, sharing stories, and showing visitors places they’ll never forget, this may be a great fit.
We are hiring both part-time and seasonal guides for the 2026-2027 season.
What You'll Do
- Safely drive guests on scenic tours through the Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak area
- Share stories, history, and local knowledge with visitors from around the world
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every guest
- Manage tour timing, scenic stops, and guest comfort throughout the experience
- Represent Rapp Tour Adventures with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain clean, well-presented tour vehicles at all times, including routine cleaning and detailing between tours
- Reset vehicles after each tour (trash removal, seat checks, supplies, and general appearance)
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and personable with strong communication skills
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles and navigating mountain roads
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Able to adapt when weather, traffic, or conditions change
- Passion for Colorado and sharing it with others
Preferred Experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Tour guiding, storytelling, or public speaking experience
- Professional driving experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
