Server – Fine Dining Restaurant
Rapids Lodge & Restaurant | Grand Lake, Colorado
Rapids Lodge is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We are not a casual, high-turn restaurant. We focus on genuine hospitality, refined service, exceptional food, and creating memorable guest experiences along the river in one of Colorado's most historic lodges.

Position
Full-Time or Part-Time
Competitive hourly wage plus tips
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Responsibilities
Deliver attentive, polished, and professional table service.
Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations.
Maintain detailed knowledge of daily features, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask.
Accurately enter orders and manage courses with proper timing.
Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service stations throughout each shift.
Process payments accurately using the POS system.
Uphold Rapids Lodge service standards and appearance expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred.
Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Current Colorado TIPS/Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain before first shift).
